01Do our members pay anything?
Never. Your whole community joins free; only the community's plan is paid. A small, fair price means we work for you, not for advertisers.
02How does the trial work?
Every plan starts with a free trial: every feature, full limits. When the trial ends you pick a plan; there is no free tier.
03What if we outgrow our plan?
Your plan follows your community's size. When you grow past it, you get a notice and a grace period before you move up a tier. Need more space? Add 25 GB of storage for €5 a month.
04How do people join a community?
Someone who can invite sends an invitation by email, or shares an invitation link that can carry a limit and a label. Your community's join link is short and permanent: safe to print on a poster.
05Which devices does Tendvine run on?
Apps for iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux. In the browser, community pages, events and invitation links are open to everyone; signing in opens your communities on the web.
06How is our community kept safe?
Communities can require two-factor for everyone, disable passwords entirely, allowlist IP ranges and cap sessions. Members can report content in eight categories, and the people who look after your community act on a real queue.
